Abstract

The paper presents the main benefits of the implementation of energy community, for example, Ukraine.

The main expected issues of the creation of renewable energy sources for Ukrainian energy communities are highlighted. For finding of optimal condition of photovoltaic (PV) system operation is used criteria method.

Design, simulation and improving of PV system and householder was in PV*SOL Premium. The paper considers the features of mathematical modeling of the optimal decision-making process in PV complex dynamical systems in terms of analysis and evaluation of their sensitivity. The perspective of the application of criterion modeling in problems of optimal control, in particular for the analysis of the sensitivity of optimal decisions, is shown.

Next, is devoted to forming mathematical models to analyze the sensitivity of the optimality criterion. Models of optimal control with eigenvalues and vectors are considered.
