Abstract
The paper presents some voltage power quality
issues in a low voltage residential area. In the introductory section,
a few specific problems related to the monitoring process are addressed.
The following section is devoted to the power quality survey intended
for diagnosis. A portable hand-held, eight channels, power quality meter/monitor.
It was a reactive mode of power quality survey, determined by the misoperation
of the home automation in a residence, which was the first step to a solution
of mitigating the power quality issues.
