Long Term Dynamic
of Power System with renewable energy sources
and energy storage systems

Abstract
This paper deals with the long term dynamic
simulation of a power system from the load frequency control point of
view. The power system consists of conventional sources together with
renewable sources and energy storage systems (batteries). Different options
and rules for frequency restoration reserves activation and batteries
control are considered.
